Supply Chain Management
Supply Chain Management covers the planning, organization and control of activities such as transportation, inventory maintenance, order processing, purchasing, warehousing, materials handling, packaging, customer service standards and product scheduling. Designed to help learners solve actual problems they will encounter in to-days market place.
Retail Management
The course gives an insight to the basic concepts of retail management and the latest developments in retailing in the Indian context, along with the strategic perspective of the retailing industry. The framework of retail mix and each of its elements is also dealt with.
