SICOMS is the latest institution under the umbrella of The Gandhi Seva Sadan Charitable Trust. This Trust was established in the pre-independence period with the specific emphasis on value based quality education.

SICOMS is programmed to inherit such a lineage in the area of management education. Its program structure is unique and combines both domain and functional knowledge; specifically tuned to the requirements of the corporate world.

This B-School offers a three-tier program. The first is a bridge (foundation) program to ensure all students have the pre requisite subject knowledge necessary for management education in Mathematics, Basics of Accounting, English and Communication Skills. The second tier covers the important management concepts, theories and practices in Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Production and Operations Management. The third tier is the Super Competency Programs intended to equip the students with functional skills to guarantee a unique competitive advantage for entering and excelling in the business world.

We have a strong link with the industry, facilitated by a dedicated placement cell. Throughout the programme, students are individually guided and assisted. This is to make certain that each student is placed in the right industry and in the right position.
