Industrial Visit to Rubfila
On 3rd March 2011 students of PGDM batch 2010-12 had an intensive interaction with Mr Jijo P M, HR Manager, Rubfila International, Kanjikode. The topic was "Functioning of Human Resource Department at Rubfila". Mr. Jiju discussed all the aspects of HR with our students over a 3 hour period covering Recruitment, Performance and its appraisal, Benefits, Grievances and IR at Rubfila citing examples from within the organization. It was a very useful session and we appreciate the interest taken by Mr.Jijo.
