Overview
SICOMS offers a two year residential PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), PGDM+MBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Management along with MBA certification from 'A' graded Bharatiyar University) . These programs has an edge over the conventional MBA degree as it involves continuous improvements in the curriculum, evaluation and assessment systems, course structure etc. The curriculum that has been developed by a team of experts from the industry is a perfect blend of classroom learning and industry exposure. It ensures that, at the end of 2 years, each student is transformed into a self motivated leader with the skill sets required for the industry.

BRIDGE PROGRAMME
The Bridge programme ascertains that students who come from varied streams like Commerce and Engineering are brought to a common platform of comprehension at the beginning of the course itself. The program is for a period of 40 days, and includes courses in Functional English, Fundamentals of mathematics & accounting with additional modules on personality development and communication skills.
SURVIVAL SKILLS TRAINING
This is a compulsory programme at SICOMS. The objective of this programme is to strengthen your mind and body. This is a one week programme which will be held at various locations, designed to inculcate a spirit of adventure and team work.
COUNSELING AND MENTORING SESSIONS
We provide counseling to students, whenever appropriate, to give them emotional guidance to help them cope with the academic and professional pressures.
Mentoring is done by the senior faculty team to guide the students, to help them explore and understand their key areas of passion. Mentoring acts as a catalyst in building focus and self confidence in the minds of students.
STUDENT LIFE
Developing management skills requires more than academics. Leadership skills and the ability to be a team player are developed through activities, clubs and associations. Students plan, develop, manage and execute extra-curricular events and functions throughout the year.
