Capstone Project (CP) (10 weeks) + Presentation + Placement Activities
Capstone Project is a unique programme designed to impart industry exposure and field experience to the budding managers. Students are assigned to work with a company to assist in analyzing a problem from the real business world. In collaboration with team members from the company, students develop a problem statement, project scope, and time frame for sharing the results of their analysis and making recommendations to the company management.
Capstone Project provides an opportunity for students to integrate and apply the knowledge and management competencies they have gained from their PGDM programme by engaging in a collaborative project with a business organization. Students will research and analyze a key business issue or problem and recommend a solution to that problem in a format appropriate for presentation to the management of the organization. Through this Capstone Project, students develop critical managerial skills like problem identification and objective analysis that will enhance their efficiency as a manager. The placement cell assists the students in finding a suitable assignment for this project. |
